Property Information

You can submit your property details without completing Eircode verification. We will carry out the location and 99 km eligibility check after submission and contact you if anything needs clarification.

Location eligibility: Properties are intended to be within 99 km of Adare Manor. The 99 km location check is completed as part of our review after submission; it does not prevent you from registering and paying the €150 Property Registration Fee. Payment does not guarantee that the property will be accepted or selected.

Availability & Hosting

Properties may be offered for fewer than 10 nights, but the maximum hosting period through this service is 10 nights.

As part of the property assessment, we may request photographs, supporting information, a video uploaded by the property owner, or a live video assessment of the property. Where an in-person visit is required following the video or live assessment, this may also form part of the assessment process. The Property Video Assessment & Approval Fee covers the assessment process, including video submission/upload, live video assessment and, where required, a follow-up in-person visit. There is no separate charge for these assessment stages.

Optional Host Driver Service

Optional Host Driver Service

A host may also offer an optional pre-booked driver service for guests travelling to the Ryder Cup event. The service is arranged in advance, is subject to availability and agreed collection arrangements, and is offered only where the host, vehicle, insurance and driver documentation meet the requirements of our service.

Host service arrangement: where a driver service is completed, the host receives the agreed host service payment under the Host Terms. The guest-facing transport price is handled through the guest booking system and is not a host registration-page price.

Driver compliance: hosts must hold a full, in-date driving licence, own or have lawful use of the vehicle, and maintain insurance that expressly permits the relevant passenger use. We may request evidence before the service is activated. Nothing in this form determines whether a particular arrangement requires SPSV or other regulatory authorisation.

The service is intended as a pre-booked, agreed transport option for guests staying through the accommodation service. The guest-facing transport price is fixed by the platform and is not negotiated through the host registration process.

Any helicopter use would be subject to applicable permissions, safety requirements and separate arrangements.

Owner Declaration

€150 Property Registration Fee

A €150 one-time fee applies to the property registration process. It covers administration, verification and consideration of the property for this accommodation service. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, approval, listing, advertising, promotion, guest matching, booking, rental or rental income. This fee is separate from any statutory Fáilte Ireland registration fee or other host obligations.

Property Video Assessment & Approval Fee: €150 — payable if your property is invited to the live video assessment stage. The fee covers the live video assessment and our suitability/approval review. Approval is an internal assessment for this service and is not statutory safety, planning, insurance or legal-compliance certification. If an in-person visit is separately agreed, any additional charge will be disclosed and agreed in advance.

Successful Match Commission: Standard 10% · Premium 15% · Executive 20% of the agreed accommodation price. The applicable service level and commission are disclosed before you become liable for the charge.

Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee that a property will be selected, advertised, matched with a guest or booked. Our service does not make us the accommodation provider, property manager or occupier of the property. This is an independent accommodation service and is not affiliated with the official Ryder Cup organisers or the Official Property Rental Programme.
