Accommodation Priority Registration
Independent accommodation service for visitors travelling to Ireland for the 2027 Ryder Cup.
1. What the €150 registration is
The Accommodation Priority Registration is a one-time registration for people who wish to be contacted when suitable private accommodation for visitors to the 2027 Ryder Cup becomes available through our independent service.
2. What registration does not provide
Registration is not a deposit and does not guarantee accommodation, availability, a particular property, a particular price, a booking, or any other accommodation outcome. Ryder Cup tickets, entry and event access are not included.
3. Independent service
This website is independently operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the official Ryder Cup organisers, Ryder Cup Europe, the PGA of America, or Adare Manor. It is not the Official Property Rental Programme.
4. Accommodation profile
After registration, you may complete an Accommodation Profile describing your group, dates, accommodation requirements, budget and preferences. The profile is used to help identify accommodation opportunities that may be suitable for your group.
You may update your profile when your plans change. Access to an existing profile is provided through a secure email access link sent to the email address associated with the paid registration.
5. Contact
Registered guests will be contacted using the email address supplied during registration when relevant accommodation becomes available. Registration does not create an obligation to book accommodation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Any statutory consumer cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights that apply to the registration will be respected. Where applicable, the registration fee will be refunded in accordance with those rights and our cancellation process.
7. Accommodation bookings
Any later accommodation booking will be subject to separate property-specific terms, availability, pricing and booking conditions. If you complete a successful accommodation match through our service, a guest Successful Match Commission of 10% (Standard), 15% (Premium) or 20% (Executive) of the agreed accommodation price will apply, as disclosed before you become liable for the charge. The accommodation price is separate from our commission.
The host may also be required to pay a €150 Property Video Assessment & Approval Fee where we request a live video assessment. This is a host-side property qualification charge and is not charged to the guest.
Optional transport services, where offered, are separate and subject to availability and their own terms.
